About the Artist: Akeem Muhammad (AiseLife)

A'keem's work is inspired by dystopian genres, hip hop, anime, his life long practice of martial arts and comics. From these interests, the use of bold lines and dynamic movements to tell a story in his images has become a staple in AiseLife'S artwork.  Growing up on Chicago southside in Englewood has given AiseLife an attention to detail that has helped to push ideas forward via murals, canvas and graphic design.
